Iconomy - Disable the feature where if you kill a mob you get credit
For the Donators - The Donators should have access to a Donator Base where they can rearm and be ready for anything, but they can only take one set of armor and one set of tools. If they lose that tool and armor they can come back and get more. They should also get diamonds every month $5 for three months where they get 5-10 diamonds. $10 for six months where they get 5 - 10 diamond and so on. Also when they donate they should get one set of diamond armor, one set of diamond tool, and twenty diamonds. They should also be able to have a share of a town.
Plugins - BIG BROTHER! We need that so we can see what has changed and if someone has greifed someone.
Suggestions to the server - We are not a empire where if one person says something we cannot change it and that goes. No we are like a republic, everyone will have say in a suggestion to the server.
Fairness - No lvling farm.

i think lving farms should be allowed if they are built legitimately. other then that 100% agree
